Things are in the last stages of organization and pretty busy. We want to release the final program by October 20, if not before. It's too late to volunteer to participate on panels, but there is still some space on our "Readings and Lost Arts" ancillary track, and we are still collecting names for the Mass Autographing. If you are interested in doing either of these, please fill out the Availability Form. If you have any questions that aren't answered on the web site, and can't wait until the 20th, you can ask our program co-ordinator, Sarah Goodman. (Be warned, it may take a few days to get back to you at this point.)
Main programming, readings and lost arts demonstrations will run from 10 am until 5 pm on both Friday and Saturday. The main program item for Sunday will be the Banquet and Awards Ceremony, followed by a panel in which the judges explain the judging process.
